Delivery & Returns
Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped directly from our United States warehouse.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days across the U.S.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The packaging is intact and undamaged, or
- The item does not function properly, is defective, or arrived damaged.
All returns must be first approved by our support team before sending items back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or does not work properly, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video documentation.
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Used magnesium capsules
- Electrode pads that have been opened (for massage devices)
- Any product showing signs of use or improper handling
If an item is defective on arrival, it is still eligible for replacement.
